About the role

The Data Quality Analyst will be the bridge between our business data users and the technology. You will be technical and business focused, balancing your time between documenting requirements, data exploration and analysis and developing solutions.  As the Data Quality Analyst you will work closely with our internal Data Quality Leads to cleanse data to agreed standards, using our Data Quality Framework and will also participate in the analysis of data architecture and warehousing approaches with our Technology Team.

You will use your knowledge and experience to develop an accurate, reliable, cleansing methodology for our key data sets and support the organisation’s data strategy by collaborating with teams to transition data into our core applications and ensure data integrity.

35-hour week pilot

From June 2024 we will be piloting a change to our normal full-time, 37-hour 5-day week. Over the next 12 months we will be piloting a shorter 35-hour week (for the same pay as before) where staff work a full day Monday to Thursday, and finish the working week at 1pm every Friday. It’s just a pilot at this stage while we evaluate its impact on our staff, our tenants, and the service we provide, but if successful we will consider a permanent move to this way of working in 2025.
