Status: We have purchased 19 new homes from the developer Hayfield Homes. These are:
- 3 x two-bed terraces and 1 x three-bed semi-detached for shared ownership.
- 8 x three-bed semi-detached, 4 x two-bed bungalows, 2 x one-bed bungalows and 1 x two-bed semi-detached for affordable rent.
The first phase of these 19 homes will be handed over to Red Kite in January 2024. The remaining homes will be handed over in two phases, in the spring of 2024.
