If you have already applied for a garage there is no need to email or call us - we have automatically placed you on our waiting list and we will contact you when we have availability.
- Our garages are in high demand, so we operate on a 'first come, first served' basis
- We can't exclusively reserve a garage for a prospective tenant
- Your application does not guarantee that your requirements will be met immediately
- We will allocate garages based on availability and the waiting list in date order
- We promise we will get in touch as quickly as we can!
Before we issue garage keys you will be asked to provide:
- proof of payment of two months’ rent in advance
- photo ID
- proof of your address.
Charges
- Garage rental charges vary depending on area.
- Red Kite tenants are exempt from paying VAT on one garage rental only - you will be charged VAT on additional rentals.
