Please note: We are unable to accept a formal notice to terminate a tenancy unless it is submitted by the tenant themselves or, in the event of the tenant being deceased, by the executor or the person who has been granted probate. Where the person submitting the notice is not the tenant, we will accept the notice as an intention to terminate the tenancy and will proceed to contact the tenant directly or obtain written authorisation from their legal representative. The submission date of this form will be considered as the commencement of the 28-day notice period.
