Tenants at the scrutiny session reviewing Red Kite's responses to questions on antisocial behaviour from the Tenant Question Time event in August

On Monday 7th September 12 of our tenants joined us at our office for the first scrutiny session following our recent Tenant Question Time on antisocial behaviour (ASB).

As part of the session, tenants reviewed three real ASB cases that had been anonymised to protect confidentiality. They scrutinised our processes, challenged our thinking, asked insightful questions and shared valuable feedback on how we handle ASB reports and support those affected.

This is exactly what tenant scrutiny should be about: giving people a meaningful opportunity to look behind the scenes, understand how decisions are made and influence future improvements.

We're incredibly grateful to everyone who took part. Their experiences, perspectives and constructive challenge help us learn, improve and ensure our services continue to meet the needs of the communities we serve.

As a tenant-led organisation, listening to our tenants is at the heart of everything we do, and sessions like this demonstrate the real value of working together to drive positive change.

A special thank you to the team at Chime Housing for sharing their Tenant Question Time approach and helping us develop our own programme.
