Summary:

Summary:
The group approved bench installation works, subject to exploring whether unused benches at Chichester could be repurposed and agreed funding for Wycombe Environment Centre bulb planting (£1,000), Wycombe Mind environmental improvements (£1,500), and garden centre vouchers for Mayorfield House (£500). Members also noted upcoming applications for community skips, mass bulb planting, communal drying areas and school-supported planting at Simmons Way Park. Updates were provided on ongoing projects, including Kennet Close, the Mahoney Court mural, parking management, Community Payback opportunities and future involvement in the Marlow Regatta Green Village. Key actions were assigned to Brice and Janine including follow-up photographs, arranging the parking management meeting and progressing further discussions where required.

Summary:
The group noted that no funding had been carried forward from the previous financial year and that the 2026/27 EIG budget stood at £30,000, with no expenditure to date. Members approved several applications, including £5,000 for Wycombe Mind’s recycling pilot, funding for two benches at Leas Close, up to £5,000 for mural artwork at Mahoney Court, and £300 in garden centre vouchers for planting at Kennet Close. Further bench locations and a number of upcoming applications, including skips in Castlefield, spring bulb planting and further garden centre voucher requests, will be reviewed at the next meeting. The group also discussed the value of recent site visits, the purchase of litter-picking equipment, and a small pilot for dog waste bag dispensers, with agreed actions to monitor project outcomes and progress installations.

Summary:
The group noted that £21,140.60 of the annual grant budget had been spent to date, leaving £8,859.40 available. Updates were shared on completed or ongoing projects at Park Street, Lines Road, Desborough play area and Rowliff Road, with before-and-after photos presented and positive feedback noted from residents. The group approved the Disraeli Ward mass bulb planting project at a cost of £5,000, with all members voting in favour, and expressed interest in visiting the planted areas in May or June. The Linchfield planting proposal was also supported in principle, with further work needed to confirm funding options and contractor advice before progressing. Upcoming applications were discussed for Bowerdean, Patches Field and Cairnside Woods, with further information required before decisions can be made. Under Any Other Business, Cllr Maz Hussain thanked the group for funding skips used by the local community and noted interest from residents in making this an annual initiative.
