Site address: Land off Harvest Hill Road, Maidenhead, SL6 2QP.
Original use: Part of the southwest expansion area for Maidenhead.
Proposed use: Phase I of this development will deliver 65 flats and houses for shared ownership, affordable and social rent. Our Board have approved phase II, which will deliver a further 68 homes.
Status: Taylor Wimpey commenced construction of our homes in December 2024. Completion is phased between February 2026 and May 2028 (Phase one) and between August 2027 and October 2029 (Phase two).
