What is Tenant Question Time?
Following feedback from tenants who wanted to speak directly with our teams, we have introduced regular Tenant Question Time (TQT) events where you can ask questions and share your views. Each event will focus on a specific topic, chosen by the Resident Representative Team, although suggestions from tenants are always welcome. Once a topic has been selected, we'll invite you to attend the session.
Our next TQT session is on Thursday 20th August 2026 6.30pm to 8pm and the chosen topic is antisocial behaviour.
The event includes a Q&A session based on questions submitted in advance, as well as questions raised on the day. Please note that our panel will only answer questions about our services. Please contact us directly to ask any questions relating to individual circumstances.
After each event, we'll publish a report summarising the questions asked and the answers provided.
TQTs are a great way for tenants to engage with us, gain a better understanding of how decisions are made, and help shape improvements to our services.
What is a scrutiny session?
After TQTs, we will hold a scrutiny session to take a deeper look at the topic discussed.
These sessions involve a panel of tenants and members of our Resident Representative Team. Together, they review feedback from the TQT, current policies, tenants’ experiences, and other relevant information. Our next scrutiny session will take place on Monday 7th September 2026 12pm to 1.30pm.
By examining how we deliver services in more detail, tenants can engage with us, challenge our processes and procedures, gain a better understanding of how we work, and help drive meaningful improvements.

The zoom link will be sent to you before the event, if you choose to join online.

The sessions will always be both in-person and online to make sure everyone can attend.
