Status: These homes were handed over to us in July 2026. The seven shared ownership homes are being marketed through our sale agents Keegan White; the other social and affordable rent homes are all now occupied by our tenants. We are also working to secure another 30 affordable homes in phase 2 of the development. If successful, they will be delivered towards the end of 2027.
