Realising Potential is a personalised coaching and support programme delivered by Twenty11, part of the Red Kite Group. It is designed to help tenants take practical steps towards achieving the goals that matter to them.
Whether you're looking for work, wanting to improve your skills, thinking about starting a business, or exploring education and training opportunities, we can help you build a plan and move forward with confidence.
What support can I get?
If accepted onto the programme, you'll work one-to-one with a Realising Potential Specialist for up to six months.
Together, you'll create a Personal Success Plan tailored to your goals and circumstances.
Support may include:
- Finding employment or improving your current employment
- Accessing education, training or qualifications
- Building confidence and developing new skills
- Starting or growing a business
- Exploring volunteering opportunities in the community
- Identifying and overcoming barriers that may be holding you back
- Access to additional funding opportunities where appropriate.
Every plan is different because every person's goals are different.
How does it work?
Step 1: Discovery Call
Once we've received your application, we'll start with an informal conversation to learn more about you, your ambitions and what you'd like to achieve.
Step 2: Personal Success Plan
If the programme is right for you, we'll work together to create a Personal Success Plan with clear goals and actions.
Step 3: Ongoing support
We'll support you for up to six months, helping you stay on track and celebrating progress along the way.
Is Realising Potential right for me?
This programme may be suitable if you:
- live in a Red Kite general needs home
- are aged 18 or over
- have a career or training goal you'd like to work towards; and
- are ready to engage with support and take practical steps forward.
The programme is particularly focused on employment, skills, education, training, business start-up/expansion and personal progression.

Ajmal received funding to cover the costs of his Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations and essential tools. This support has set him on a clear path towards a skilled trade.

Realising Potential is delivered by Twenty11 on behalf of the Red Kite Group, helping tenants achieve their goals through structured coaching, guidance, and practical support.
Partner organisations we work with
Connect to Work is a free, government-funded employment programme available to Buckinghamshire residents who face barriers to finding or staying in work.
The programme offers personalised one-to-one support from an Employment Specialist to help build confidence, identify opportunities, secure employment and succeed in work.
Support can also continue once employment has been secured.

The Launch Group is an award-winning training and recruitment provider that helps people develop their skills, build confidence and access employment opportunities across a range of sectors including aviation, digital, construction, contact centres, defence, health and social care.
