This week, we’re proud to celebrate Volunteers’ Week, a UK-wide campaign recognising the incredible contribution volunteers make to communities.

At Red Kite, we believe everyone deserves to feel safe, respected and at home, no matter who they are or who they love. That includes our LGBTQ+ tenants and their families.

We joined over 1,000 members of the community at Eid in the Park on Wednesday 27th May.

The event at Wycombe Heights Golf Centre recognised the valuable contribution made by our dedicated tenant volunteers.

We’ve had reports that companies are door knocking at our homes, and encouraging tenants to make housing disrepair claims with offers of ‘no win, no fee’ services.

Managing antisocial behaviour (ASB) is an important part of the service we provide, and a recent example shows how we approach this work and the difference that we can make.

We recently welcomed colleagues, tenant volunteers and a local councillor to Foxes Piece in Marlow, where 12 new homes have been built to help meet local housing need.
