Community Specialist (Homes)
Our Community Pod is a team of multi-skilled professionals who are responsible for delivering housing management services to our tenants. We are a mobile, responsive, and task-based team that is committed to providing excellent customer service.
As one of these specialists, you will be instrumental in making sure that both Red Kite and its tenants look after our homes and communities, and that we provide excellent experiences when we deliver our services.
Data Protection Specialist - Fixed Term (10/12-month fixed term contract)
We are recruiting an Interim Data Protection Specialist to review our data governance arrangements and ensure the right policies, procedures and processes are in place to protect tenant data and meet business needs.
Working within the Governance team, this role supports compliance with legislation and regulation, helps mitigate risk and provides assurance to the Board on the security of our systems.
Interim Contact Centre Manager (6 months fixed term)
As the manager, you will need to empower and inspire your Senior Relationship Advisors and in turn all the Advisors within the wider team to achieve success together. We’re looking to build something truly unique in the housing sector so to be right for this role you will need to be highly organised, able to prioritise and successfully delegate, be outcome focussed and a fantastic people manager. On top of this you’ll need to have a good knowledge of CRM systems, unified communications and value continuous improvement.
