About the role

We are looking for a Feedback Champion to join our Feedback Team. To deliver the excellent services we promise tenants, we need to adapt our services based on tenant’s feedback, respond to complaints effectively and convert tenant experiences into business-building insight for the organisation.

We listen and learn from what our tenants tell us, using feedback as an opportunity to improve our services. Whether it’s to tell us we’ve done a great job, or that we didn’t meet their expectations, listening to our tenants and acting on what we are told helps us embrace our tenant-led culture.

We follow the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code and as our Feedback Champion you’ll work with the rest of the Feedback team to ensure we are providing clear and high-quality responses to complaints, capturing compliments and adequately responding to Member/MP enquiries. All of this with the core purpose of delivering excellent services to our tenants.

About you

You have complaint handling or investigations experience, and you are committed to improving services for our tenants. You are an excellent communicator, someone who is hungry to explore meaningful insight and who will influence others to use this intelligence to drive the services that will best support our business policies and strategies.

35-hour week pilot

Since June 2024 we have been piloting a change to our normal full-time, 37-hour 5-day week. Over 12 months we are trialling a shorter 35-hour week (for the same pay as before) where staff work a full day Monday to Thursday, and finish the working week at 1pm every Friday. It’s just a pilot at this stage while we evaluate its impact on our staff, our tenants, and the service we provide, but if successful we will consider a permanent move to this way of working in 2025.
