Key responsibilities 

The postholder will deliver high-quality front-line housing services to tenants and leaseholders, using mobile technology to provide efficient, proactive support across tenancies, neighbourhoods and estates. They will work collaboratively with residents, colleagues and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes, encourage tenant involvement in shaping services, and manage a range of tenancy, estate and neighbourhood matters including home audits, estate inspections, tenancy changes, mutual exchanges, landlord permissions, starter tenancies, medium-level antisocial behaviour, tenancy fraud, safeguarding, welfare and succession cases. The postholder will maintain accurate case records and reports, provide responsive support to vulnerable tenants, and coordinate communal facilities and scheme-related services, including fire alarm testing, logbooks and estate improvements.

Qualifications, skills and experience

At Red Kite, you will be supported by our dedicated Learning and Knowledge team while bringing a professional approach to housing management service delivery. You will need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use, awareness of safeguarding for adults and children, enhanced awareness or experience of health and safety and lone working, and relevant CIH qualifications or a willingness to undertake appropriate training.
