We pride ourselves in making sure your homes are of a high standard, which is why we've been working on our improvement programme for the last few years.
Back in April 2013 we published a five year improvement programme which included new kitchens, bathrooms and boilers, and where they would be fitted. Since then, we've delivered thousands of improvements to our homes.

When we'll need to enter your home
At times, it's essential for our staff and our contractors to enter your home in order carry out inspections or to make repairs or improvements. We'll give you notice of this and try to call at a time that's convenient for you. The following are examples of when we may need to enter your home:
- To repair a door entry phone
- To investigate a water leak
In an emergency, for example a bad water leak, we may need to enter your home without giving you written notice. If this happens, we'll try to contact you first. In exceptional circumstances, if we're unable to contact you, we may need to break in, but if do, we'll make your home safe before we leave.
