We’re delighted to announce that Unji Mathur will be joining Red Kite as our first Chief People and Transformation Officer, starting in mid-August.
Unji, who is currently Chief People Officer at the University of Bedfordshire, brings a wealth of experience across both people and transformation. She previously spent seven years as Executive Director of People, Technology and Transformation at Bron Afon Community Housing in Wales.
Unji says:
