Over the past couple of months we have been conducting a rigorous recruitment process for two senior roles here at Red Kite: Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief People and Transformation Officer (CPTO). This has been facilitated by an external recruitment partner, and both roles attracted a strong field of candidates. We are now pleased to announce that Darren Mealings has been appointed as our COO.
Following his appointment, Darren said:
"I’m delighted to take on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Red Kite. Everything we do is about our tenants and I’m looking forward to working together with everyone in the business to provide great homes, listen to tenant voices, and continuously improve the services we deliver"
Darren has already been with Red Kite for several months as our Interim Director of Property & Development, and we are delighted that he will now continue with us on a permanent basis as COO and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
