Red Kite have welcomed our new Group Chief Executive, Peter Cogan, who joined us on Monday 20th April.
Peter takes up the role at a pivotal point for Red Kite, as we embark on an ambitious new phase focused on strengthening services, delivering our transformation programme, and responding to the evolving needs of our communities.

Peter brings extensive experience in the housing sector, most recently serving as Group Director of Operations at Watford Community Housing, where he led key customer-facing services.
Speaking about his appointment, Peter said:
“Red Kite is a proud, values-driven organisation with a strong community focus. Our work is shaped by the voices of the people we serve, and we remain firmly committed to strengthening our neighbourhoods and improving outcomes for tenants and those living within them.
“With more than 6,600 homes, over 660 tenant and leaseholder members, and the support of 65 active volunteers, our tenants are at the heart of everything we do.
“I share this commitment and will provide strong, purposeful leadership as we deliver the next phase of our Corporate Strategy.”
Peter’s appointment marks an important step forward for Red Kite as we continue to build on our strong foundations and deliver high-quality homes and services for our residents.
