Community Specialist - Homes (Housing Officer)

Salary: £35,886 per annum
Closing Date: Monday 26 May 2025

Our Community Pod is a team of multi-skilled professionals who are responsible for delivering housing management services to our tenants. We are a mobile, responsive, and task-based team that is committed to providing excellent customer service.

As one of these specialists, you will be instrumental in making sure that both Red Kite and its tenants look after our homes and communities, and that we provide excellent experiences when we deliver our services.

Relationship Advisor (Customer Service Agent) (31.25 hours per week, 24-month fixed term contract)

Salary: £28,226 per annum (31.25 hours per week: Monday- Thursday 8.45am - 4pm and Friday 8.45am - 1pm)

Commercial Manager

Salary: £65,456

As a key member of the Finance Pod management team, you will deliver value for money services to both existing and future customers. You will collaborate with Heads of Service to identify procurement needs and lead initiatives that maximise savings and service efficiency. You’ll guide your team in administering a wide range of contracts and ensure our procurement activities keep tenants and leaseholders at the centre of service delivery, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

Technical Officer (6-month fixed term contract)

Salary: £48,739 per annum

Our repairs and maintenance team are a hive of activity, this is one of the most important services that we deliver. Every day brings its unique set of challenges which need your super technical skills and logical decision-making skills to resolve.
