Status: We have purchased 19 new homes from the developer Hayfield Homes. These are:
- 3 x two-bed terraces and 1 x three-bed semi-detached for shared ownership.
- 8 x three-bed semi-detached, 4 x two-bed bungalows, 2 x one-bed bungalows and 1 x two-bed semi-detached for affordable rent.
The first two phases of these 19 homes were handed over to us in April and May; the remaining homes are due to be handed over in July.
