Status: We have purchased 19 new homes from the developer Hayfield Homes. These are:
- 3 x two-bed terraces and 1 x three-bed semi-detached for shared ownership.
- 8 x three-bed semi-detached, 4 x two-bed bungalows, 2 x one-bed bungalows and 1 x two-bed semi-detached for affordable rent.
The first two phases of these 19 homes were handed over to us in April and May. We expect the remaining homes to be handed over to us in November.
