We recently welcomed colleagues, tenant representatives and contractors to our first Contractor Partnership Day, bringing together organisations that play a key role in maintaining homes and supporting our tenants across the communities we serve.

Held at Hazlemere Golf and Country Club, the event focused on strengthening partnerships, sharing ideas and exploring how we can work together to deliver the best possible experience for our tenants. Throughout the day, attendees discussed the importance of communication, collaboration, quality and early problem-solving, as well as the opportunities created by closer working relationships.

The event also provided an opportunity for contractors, Red Kite colleagues and tenant representatives to meet face-to-face, share experiences and identify practical ways to improve services and outcomes for residents. Discussions highlighted a shared commitment to listening to tenants, responding to concerns quickly and continuing to raise standards across the services delivered in people’s homes.
