We are delighted to welcome three new members to the Red Kite Group Board, bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge and insight to support our ambitions.
Keith McLeod and Susan (Sue) White, have both been appointed as Group Board Members and started their roles on 23rd July 2026.
Keith, a qualified accountant and experienced non-executive director, with a career specialising in financial services, will also become Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee where he will help support strong governance, effective risk management and financial oversight.
Sue currently works in a community role within the NHS primary care sector and has volunteered with several local organisations, including Wycombe Homeless Connection, One Can Trust and The Cinnamon Trust.
Sue brings valuable tenant experience and a strong connection to the community. Having lived in High Wycombe all her life, transferring to Red Kite in 2011 when the housing stock transferred.
Both Keith and Sue will be put forward for election by Red Kite members at our AGM on 15th September.
At the same meeting, members will also be asked to approve the appointment of Ben Denton as a Group Board Member and Chair of the Development Committee.
Ben is a chartered surveyor (MRICS) with 35 years’ experience across affordable housing, residential development, the public sector and residential investment. He specialises in governance, risk, quality assurance, development and funding.
Most recently, Ben was Chief Executive of Legal & General Affordable Homes. He has also held senior roles including Deputy Chair of Thames Valley Housing Association, Executive Director of Growth, Planning and Housing at Westminster City Council, and Director of Development at Sovereign Housing Association.
