When Wycombe Homeless Connection put out an SOS for a vacuum cleaner on their social media channels last week, we quickly reacted to say we would help with funding from our Starting Blocks fund.
Julie, our Head of Communications and Brand, saw the post from the charity desperately seeking a vacuum cleaner as the one they use in their centre in Castle Street, High Wycombe had died.
Julie put the charity in touch with our Starting Blocks team and within two days their choice of machine was ordered and delivered.
