  • Homelessness and temporary accommodation - Information and support for tenants who have a temporary tenancy, are at risk of homelessness, or who need help to manage and maintain their accommodation if it’s at risk.

  • Homes for Ukraine scheme - We're really happy to support our tenants who want to get involved in the government's Homes for Ukraine scheme.

  • Meeting your needs - Guidance on how we aim to support the needs of people with disabilities, physical or mental health conditions, who are neurodiverse, or who have other vulnerabilities, to ensure that everyone can access our services with dignity and respect.

  • Organising an event - We support and encourage the local community to use our land for community events, and we own several communal spaces, such as communal gardens, green spaces and parks, that would suit a variety of event types.

  • Safeguarding - We believe that having a life that is free from harm and abuse is a fundamental right for everyone. We're committed to safeguarding children and adults at risk of abuse to help ensure their safety and wellbeing.
