A tenant who had been living with the effects of antisocial behaviour for several years has thanked us for the support they received in helping to resolve the issue.

We’re proud to support ASB Awareness Week, a national campaign shining a light on antisocial behaviour and its impact. 

Managing antisocial behaviour (ASB) is an important part of the service we provide, and a recent example shows how we approach this work and the difference that we can make.

We have now introduced a direct ASB reporting service, with a simple online form to log issues.

We're committed to keeping our neighbourhoods safe, and sometimes that means taking formal action when serious and long‑running antisocial behaviour affects other tenants.

We've won the Phoenix Award from Alternatives to Conflict, recognising our work in supporting tenants through mediation.

We're running a key amnesty in partnership with Buckinghamshire Council.

This award recognises our proactive approach to conflict resolution and mediation, and our commitment to supporting tenants and building safer communities.

We're delighted to share the results of the 2023/2024 Tenant Satisfaction Measures, which rank us as 10th in the country for handling antisocial behaviour

In January our antisocial behaviour service was audited and we were given a Green assurance rating, with no recommendations.

On Thursday 26th October we were at the Eden Centre in High Wycombe taking part in another Community Action Day.
