In October, we hosted a Home Swap event that gave some of our customers an opportunity to find a more suitable home. Open to people who are under- or over-occupying, they brought along pictures and information about their homes, along with information about the kind of home they were looking to swap for. This is part of our drive to make sure that our customers are living in homes that are the right size for them.
We had over a dozen attendees who were given advice on how best to display their home on the home swapping website. We also gave other helpful tips for when moving home. We got some great feedback for the people who attended, so we're very happy with how the event went!
