Our plans to build 42 new homes at former sheltered housing site, Westwood, in Holmers Farm Way, High Wycombe, have moved a step closer as our planning application has now been submitted.
We plan to transform Westwood into 10 one-bedroom and 32 two-bedroom high-quality apartments that will be available for affordable rent when they are completed.
This will expand the number of affordable homes in the area and provide much-needed rental accommodation for the community.
