Last week we were busy completing an estate inspection and litter pick in Downley.
The estate can be problematic due to the steep topography and myriad of footpaths that weave behind the houses. Wheelie bins often blow or tip over meaning litter is blown across the entire estate. In addition to more frequent estate inspections and litter picks, we've ordered some new litter bins for the estate.
During the inspection, we were proactively looking for untidy tenant gardens and signs of antisocial behaviour.
Despite the rain, we managed to collect 18 full sacks of rubbish. We also had Just Ask Services and Sasse on hand to support our effort.
