When our tenants and other members of the community suffer from antisocial behaviour (ASB) it can be very stressful, especially when the issues are directly impacting them at home - the one place where we all hope we can shut the door on the world, relax and recharge. Persistent ASB and nuisance causes anxiety, risks health problems including a deterioration in mental health, and impacts on quality of life.
To help inform and provide guidance, we have a wealth of information on the dedicated section of our website including signposting to other agencies and organisations who can support alongside Red Kite. We work very closely with lots of partners in the community, but in particular Thames Valley Police, Buckinghamshire Council's Community Safety Team and Alternatives to Conflict to manage ASB in our communities and find resolutions to persistent and entrenched problems.
As part of our strategy to build on this and further enhance our ASB service, and following tenant feedback, we have now introduced a direct ASB reporting service which is embedded within our ASB help page. Tenants and others can now use a simple online form to log the issue they are suffering from, by being led through a series of questions to help us then assess the situation and kick into action.
You can find out how to report antisocial behaviour, the types of action we can take to tackle it, what is (and isn't) considered to be antisocial behaviour, and other sources of advice and support, by visiting our ASB webpages.
