Paying your rent

We want it to be as easy as possible for you to pay your rent and other charges, so we’ve got a variety of ways for you to pay.

Access PaySuite, our new payment provider

We're committed to ensuring that we provide the best value for money services to our tenants. In line with this commitment, we carried out a competitive procurement process, and Access PaySuite successfully bid to become our new payment service provider.

What does this mean?

If you pay by Direct Debit we will be emailing or writing to you to notify you of the change. The date, frequency and value of your Direct Debit will not change as a result of this move.

Paying your rent online

To pay your rent online follow this link to Access PaySuite's website and select Rent from the list of Items.

You’ll need your tenancy reference number to make the payment. This is the 13-digit reference that you were given when you signed your tenancy agreement and can be found on the top right of most letters we send you. If you use a different reference, we won’t be able to allocate your payment to your account.

Other ways to pay your rent

  • Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay, on any day that suits you
  • You can pay by bank transfer - BACS, CHAPS or Faster Payment at your bank - or set up a standing order for regular payments
  • Pay by cash or card at a PayPoint.
  • Call 0161 484 1142 with your 13-digit tenancy reference number and debit or credit card at the ready. This is an automated service, but this is not a premium rate number, standard call rates apply.
