Doing our bit: The Great British Spring Clean

News
4 March 2026

We’re getting ready to take part in this year’s Great British Spring Clean, the national campaign organised by Keep Britain Tidy that encourages everyone to play a part in keeping outdoor spaces clean, tidy and welcoming.

As part of our support, our teams will be heading out throughout March to tackle areas where litter builds up and give our estates a boost. We know how much a clean, cared‑for environment matters to our tenants, so we’re focusing our efforts in places where it will make the biggest difference.

Our first litter pick is already confirmed for Wednesday 11th March near The Pastures, with more dates to follow as our Estates Team continues planning.

We’d also love your help in choosing the right places to visit. If there’s a spot in your neighbourhood that could do with a tidy‑up, let us know. You can comment on our social media posts or send us a message with the street, green space or pathway you’d like us to look at.

Throughout March we’ll be sharing updates on where we’ve been, what we’ve collected and the difference we’re making together. Thank you to everyone who’s already suggested locations — your feedback helps us focus our efforts where they’re needed most. Head over to our Facebook page to nominate an area.

Keep an eye on our channels for updates, photos and details of more Spring Clean activity coming soon.
