We’re proud to share that our Antisocial Behaviour (ASB) Team will be receiving the prestigious Phoenix Award at the upcoming Alternatives to Conflict Annual General Meeting and Celebration on Thursday 30th October.

This award recognises our proactive approach to conflict resolution and mediation, and our commitment to supporting tenants and building safer communities.

The award will be accepted by our Head of Community, Nicola, alongside ASB Specialists Mary and Louise. Their dedication, along with the support of our ASB Manager and colleagues across the organisation, has been instrumental in achieving this recognition.

Nicola shared her thoughts:

“It’s great that the team have been recognised for this award. The ASB Team’s aim is to always continue to support our tenants and to build stronger, safer communities. It’s fantastic to see that our commitment to mediation and positive change has been acknowledged.”

The event will be attended by distinguished guests including Lady Countess Howe, Lord Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire, and the Mayor of Aylesbury, who will help present the awards. We’ll be honoured alongside Fairhive, who are also being recognised for their outstanding work in community mediation.
