We’re excited to announce that once again, we're participating in the Great British Spring Clean. This is an important initiative for us as it highlights our commitment to making our communities great places to live.

We’ll be starting the campaign a little early, with our Estates team heading out to litter pick within the community this week:

  • Wednesday 19th March – Downley
  • Thursday 20th March – Cressex
  • Monday 24th March – Marlow.

If you see us around, come and say hi!

The litter pickers for these events have been generously funded by the Environmental Improvement Group. We'll also make sure the council are aware of the dates and locations so they can ensure any waste bagged up is collected promptly.

We’ll be sharing updates and pictures from the litter picks on our social media channels, so keep an eye out to see how the team gets on.

More about the campaign

The Great British Spring Clean is an annual campaign, taking place from 21st March to 6th April. Organised by Keep Britain Tidy, it's aim is bringing people together to clean up their local communities.

The campaign has grown significantly over the years, with thousands of volunteers participating each year.

The mission of the Great British Spring Clean is to inspire and empower individuals, businesses, and communities to take action to improve the environment by reducing litter and promoting sustainable practices. Through collective efforts, the campaign seeks to create cleaner, greener, and more beautiful spaces for everyone to enjoy.
