Red Kite's Head of Resident & Community Engagement Dr Aasia Nisar was invited to speak at the Tpas National Tenant Conference taking place in Coventry this week. Aasia spoke about how we collect Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) and can use them to make a genuine difference to our tenants. She and her team were joined at the conference by three of our tenant volunteers, including Candida Dutiro, the Chair of our Resident Representative Team.

Aasia shared with the audience what we've been doing here at Red Kite around TSMs, and how we are making sure this is tenant-led through working with our Resident Representative Team.

We actively want our tenants to hold us to account and help us to make those changes which will improve services for all of our tenants, and we've already started on this journey with a series of pilots that we commissioned earlier this year on some key services delivery areas. The findings from these have proven useful and have already led to service changes.
