This morning, our Relationship Advisor Drew was praised for his absolute commitment to delivering first class customer services to all the people he interacts with on a daily basis.
Drew's approach, manner and attitude when it comes to doing the best for our customers is exemplary, so we took some time to say thank you to Drew and to highlight the wonderful things that people have to say about him, from regular posts on social media, to handwritten notes and even conversations overheard in local supermarkets.
Our Chairman Jennie presented Drew with his award in front of all our colleagues, and there was a surprise visit from his family! Drew was also given the rest of the day off and tickets to an indoor sky diving experience.
Well done Drew, you absolutely deserve it!
