Following feedback from some of our customers, in October we held a series of roadshows across the district to share information about our services. After teaming up with one of our suppliers, Mitsubishi, to use their community van, we had staff on hand to give help and advice on things like:
- Rent and repairs
- Our improvement programme
- Neighbourhood improvements
- Community events
- Becoming a volunteer
- Antisocial behaviour
- DIY tips
- Energy saving tips
- Technology such as iPads and our new app.
We were out in force in Princes Risborough, Marlow, Totteridge, Micklefield, and Wooburn Green with free refreshments, giveaways, and a chance to win an iPad mini, and our very own Red Kite Rascal. With a mixed bag of weather, the roadshow was a great success and we loved meeting lots of new faces in our communities.
