Head of People
This role will champion Red Kite’s aim to be a truly tenant-led organisation. To deliver excellent services to all stakeholders, our people need to feel inspired, developed and equipped to perform at their best and empowered to deliver on the promises we make.
At its core are our people, they are central to our success. They look after our tenants, look after our homes, manage our finances and ensure our success now and in the future.
Our aim is to ensure we have well trained, well-motivated, happy and productive staff who believe in our values and mission and contribute positively to our culture. The Head of People is vital to ensuring that this vision is translated into reality for employees, involved tenants, leaseholders and the Board.
Technical Officer
At Red Kite, we expect you to bring genuine enthusiasm for your work and a strong commitment to delivering excellent service for our tenants. You should approach each day with a positive mindset, engage confidently with customers and ensure they feel supported, respected and safe in their homes. Commercial Contracts Manager
The post holder will play a central role in a commercial, customer-focused environment during a period of significant change. They will influence the future of property asset management services for Red Kite residents, setting new standards for performance, accountability, and customer experience. This role calls for someone who is commercially astute, data-driven, people-focused, and above all, dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of residents. Strong commercial leadership will be essential to ensure procurement, mobilisation, and contract management are delivered to the highest standards.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team and help our tenants by managing their repair requests and reports of antisocial behaviour, taking rent payments, and much more. Whether it's on the phone, email, face to face, or via social media, we need positive team players who know how to make the customer journey a great one.

Assistant Contracts Manager
Our Property Pod is a hive of activity, responsible for delivering a range of services through our Home Safety, Asset Management and Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes teams. You will provide support to teams delivering the full range of works but will have a focus on the Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes contract. Every day brings its unique set of challenges which need effective contract management and logical decision-making skills to resolve.
Asset Manager
We are looking for an experienced Asset Manager who will lead on Red Kite’s sustainability and decarbonisation strategy, driving the transformation of our property portfolio. You will also support the planning and execution of our stock investment programmes. A key aspect of the role is engaging with tenants and the broader community, ensuring their voices are heard and their feedback shapes the development and implementation of Red Kite’s Sustainability Strategy.
Insight Lead
To deliver the excellent services we promise to tenants we need to know our stuff, scrutinising our data, translating and converting it into business-building insight for the organisation and our tenants. We also need to be outward-looking, knowledgeable about social and economic developments impacting our own and other sectors, and hungry for new and exciting ways of improving how we do business.
You will lead and motivate a team applying logical thinking to derive insights using statistical modelling and research techniques to evidence intelligence and aid decision making. You are able to get to the heart of issues quickly. You are an innovative thinker who is keen to direct, explore and research meaningful insight and who will influence others to use this intelligence to drive the services that will best support our tenants.
