Repairs & Voids Manager
You will be supporting the management of a team of Repairs Specialists in the delivery of various repairs and minor planned and cyclical work programmes and minor improvement projects including empty homes refurbishment, to protect or improve the assets of the organisation. You will also be working closely with tenants and Red Kite senior managers to deliver ‘excellent’ cost effective building maintenance and improvement services.
Feedback Specialist
We strive to deliver excellent services that create a great tenant experience. To help us achieve this we work in partnership with our tenants and leaseholders and understand that we need to listen and learn from what they tell us. We use all feedback as an opportunity to improve our services. Whether it’s to tell us we’ve done a great job, or that we didn’t meet their expectations, listening to our tenants and leaseholders and acting on what we are told helps us embrace our tenant-led culture.

Technical Officers (two posts available)
We're looking for two Technical Officers to join one of the most important services that we deliver, our repairs and maintenance team. Every day brings its unique set of challenges which need your super technical skills and logical decision-making skills to resolve. This is more than a technically-focused role; it's about tenant engagement and support, and therefore an essential ingredient is loving what you do and smiling when you do it.
