As a Tenancy Change Specialist at Twenty11 you will be primarily responsible for the annual rent increases where there is no review due. You will also manage Tenancy Sustainment Licence points and support the verification process.

You will provide a quality service to Twenty11 tenants, work with the Twenty11 Team and the wider organisation. You will be the first point of contact on all areas relating to annual rent changes and tenancy sustainment points.

As a Tenancy Specialist Team Manager, you’ll lead by example — guiding your team to deliver outstanding, tenant-focused services, driving performance and ensuring that every interaction reflects our values of respect, collaboration and excellence.

As a supervisor, you’ll lead a team of Relationship Advisors to deliver a high-performing, multi-channel contact centre experience. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day team management, performance monitoring, coaching, and service improvement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about customer service, and can inspire others to deliver excellence across all customer touchpoints.

Our Property Pod is a hive of activity, responsible for delivering a range of services through our Home Safety, Asset Management and Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes teams. You will provide support to teams delivering the full range of works but will have a focus on the Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes contract. Every day brings its unique set of challenges which need effective contract management and logical decision-making skills to resolve.
