Assistant Repairs and Voids Manager

Salary: £40,015
Closing Date: Sunday 2 March 2025

Our Property Pod is a hive of activity, responsible for delivering a range of services through our Home Safety, Asset Management and Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes teams. You will provide support to teams delivering the full range of works but will have a focus on the Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes contract.

Community Specialist (Homes & Estates) - 6 months fixed term

Salary: £35,010 per annum
Closing Date: Sunday 2 March 2025

Our Community Pod is a team of multi-skilled professionals who are responsible for delivering housing management services to our tenants. We are a mobile, responsive, and task-based team that is committed to providing excellent customer service.

As one of these specialists, you will be instrumental in making sure that both Red Kite and its tenants look after our homes and communities, and that we provide excellent experiences when we deliver our services.

Repairs and Voids Manager

Salary: £64,547.29
Closing Date: Sunday 2 March 2025

We are looking for a Repairs and Voids Manager who will support the management of a team of Repairs Specialists in the delivery of various repairs and minor planned and cyclical work programmes and minor improvement projects including empty homes refurbishment, to protect or improve the assets of the organisation.
