Commercial Contracts Manager

Salary: £74,500 per annum
Closing Date: Monday 12 January 2026

The post holder will play a central role in a commercial, customer-focused environment during a period of significant change. They will influence the future of property asset management services for Red Kite residents, setting new standards for performance, accountability, and customer experience. This role calls for someone who is commercially astute, data-driven, people-focused, and above all, dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of residents. Strong commercial leadership will be essential to ensure procurement, mobilisation, and contract management are delivered to the highest standards.

Insight Lead

Salary: £55,377 per annum
Closing Date: Monday 19 January 2026

To deliver the excellent services we promise to tenants we need to know our stuff, scrutinising our data, translating and converting it into business-building insight for the organisation and our tenants. We also need to be outward-looking, knowledgeable about social and economic developments impacting our own and other sectors, and hungry for new and exciting ways of improving how we do business.

You will lead and motivate a team applying logical thinking to derive insights using statistical modelling and research techniques to evidence intelligence and aid decision making. You are able to get to the heart of issues quickly. You are an innovative thinker who is keen to direct, explore and research meaningful insight and who will influence others to use this intelligence to drive the services that will best support our tenants.
