Assistant Director of Property Operations
At Red Kite, we are committed to providing safe, well-maintained homes and high-quality services that make a real difference to our Tenants and communities. We are looking for an experienced and values-led property leader to join us as Assistant Director of Property Operations, leading key operational services across responsive repairs, voids, legal disrepair, damp and mould, and landlord compliance.
This is a senior leadership role with significant influence across the organisation. You will lead a high-performing team, drive service improvement, strengthen compliance assurance and ensure our property operations are responsive, efficient, customer-focused and aligned to our strategic priorities.
