Asset Manager

Salary: £58,222 per annum
Closing Date: Monday 3 November 2025

We are looking for an experienced Asset Manager who will lead on Red Kite’s sustainability and decarbonisation strategy, driving the transformation of our property portfolio. You will also support the planning and execution of our stock investment programmes. A key aspect of the role is engaging with tenants and the broader community, ensuring their voices are heard and their feedback shapes the development and implementation of Red Kite’s Sustainability Strategy.

Tenancy Specialist Team Manager

Salary: £46,248.41 per annum

Building Surveyor (6-month fixed term contract)

Salary: £60,000

Our repairs and maintenance team are very busy, this is one of the most important services that we provide. Every day has its own unique set of challenges that require deep building pathology, experience, and logical decision-making skills to solve. This is not just a technical focused role; it is also about customer engagement and support and therefore a key factor is loving what you do and smiling when you do it.

Tenancy Change Specialist

Salary: £37,162 per annum
Closing Date: Monday 10 November 2025

As a Tenancy Change Specialist at Twenty11 you will be primarily responsible for the annual rent increases where there is no review due. You will also manage Tenancy Sustainment Licence points and support the verification process.

You will provide a quality service to Twenty11 tenants, work with the Twenty11 Team and the wider organisation. You will be the first point of contact on all areas relating to annual rent changes and tenancy sustainment points.
