Building Surveyor (12-month fixed term contract)
Our repairs and maintenance team are very busy, this is one of the most important services that we provide. Every day has its own unique set of challenges that require deep building pathology, experience, and logical decision-making skills to solve. This is not just a technical focused role; it is also about customer engagement and support and therefore a key factor is loving what you do and smiling when you do it.

Legal Disrepair Surveyor - Complex Case Specialist
Our Property Pod is a hive of activity, responsible for delivering a range of services through our Home Safety, Asset Management, Responsive Repairs, and Empty Homes teams. You will provide support to teams delivering the full range of works but will be embedded within the Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes stem. Every day brings its unique set of challenges which need effective case management logical decision-making skills to resolve.
Right to Buy Officer (6-month fixed term contract)
We want to be the best and we know that it will take certain people to get us there. Our approach is to focus on having dedicated, empowered staff who co-ordinate and take ownership for specific functions within their team (or stem).
You will be part of a team delivering excellent value for money services to both existing and future customers within the Home Ownership Team. You will act as the team administrator with particular emphasis on Right to Buy and Right to Acquire but will also be working in other areas of the Home Ownership Team. These include shared ownership sales and management, leasehold management, statutory Section 20 consultation and general consultation with residents.
Technical Officer (6-month fixed term contract)

This is more than a technical focused role its about customer engagement and support and therefore an essential ingredient is loving what you do and smiling when you do it.
Repairs Contract Administrator
Our Property Pod is a hive of activity, responsible for delivering a range of services through our Home Safety, Asset Management and Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes teams. You will provide support to teams delivering the full range of works but will have a focus on the Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes contract. Every day brings its unique set of challenges which need effective contract management and logical decision-making skills to resolve.
Procurement and Contract Administrator
Red Kite’s Procurement and Contract Management team undertake the procuring of goods, works and services for Red Kite, working to an aggressive procurement pipeline. In addition, the team manage a number of contracts for communal services, such as cleaning, grounds maintenance and bulk waste. The team focus is ensuring that we are compliant with the 2023 Procurement Act, maximising savings and supporting value for money, and most importantly, ensuring our tenants receive high quality services at all times. This role will support both areas of the team, effectively acting as a ‘pendulum’ to provide additional resource as required, whilst still having ownership and responsibility for their own duties.
Relationship Advisor (Customer Service Agent) (31.25 hours per week, 24-month fixed term contract)
We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team and help our tenants by managing their repair requests and reports of antisocial behaviour, taking rent payments, and much more. Whether it's on the phone, email, face to face, or via social media, we need positive team players who know how to make the customer journey a great one.
