To provide technical leadership for Red Kite’s implementation and ongoing management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, acting as the technical authority.

The role will ensure the Housing and Asset Management system is designed, built and operated in line with industry best practice, fully integrated into the wider digital ecosystem, and capable of being sustainably managed in a business-as-usual environment.

Our Community Pod is a team of multi-skilled professionals who are responsible for delivering housing management services to our tenants. We are a mobile, responsive, and task-based team that is committed to providing excellent customer service.

As one of these specialists, you will be instrumental in making sure that both Red Kite and its tenants look after our homes and communities, and that we provide excellent experiences when we deliver our services.

This is a hands-on role with lead responsibility for the production and maintenance of the Group's 30-year Business Plan, including scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis and stress testing. The role is accountable for key regulatory returns to the Regulator of Social Housing, quarterly finance and risk reporting, cashflow forecasting, loan covenant compliance, and treasury management monitoring. It also oversees the maintenance and reporting of asset and liabilities registers, ensures accurate valuation and reporting of security assets, and contributes to management reporting and the preparation of the annual financial statements.

As a key member of the Commercial team, you will support the compliance and governance requirements Red Kite must meet when spending funds with third parties, in line with Red Kite’s Governance Regulations. You will work visibly across the business, engaging with key stakeholders to understand and support their needs. You will also help improve the quality of data used for decision making and record keeping.
