Senior Relationship Advisor (Contact Centre Team Leader)

Salary: £38,278.67 per annum

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day team management, performance monitoring, coaching, and service improvement. Assistant Contracts Manager

Salary: £41,016 per annum

Our Property Pod is a hive of activity, responsible for delivering a range of services through our Home Safety, Asset Management and Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes teams. You will provide support to teams delivering the full range of works but will have a focus on the Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes contract. Every day brings its unique set of challenges which need effective contract management and logical decision-making skills to resolve.

Commercial Contracts Manager

Salary: £74,500 per annum

They will influence the future of property asset management services for Red Kite residents, setting new standards for performance, accountability, and customer experience. This role calls for someone who is commercially astute, data-driven, people-focused, and above all, dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of residents. Empty Homes & Lettings Team Leader

Salary: £51,076 per annum
Closing Date: Monday 1 December 2025

As the Empty Homes & Lettings Team Leader, you will provide strong, visible management to ensure all homes and garages are re-let efficiently, safely, and in line with regulatory and our agreed lettable standards. You will lead by example, combining operational oversight with hands-on operational delivery to achieve high performance, customer satisfaction and value for money. You will create a proactive, commercial and solutions-focused team culture that drives continuous improvement and innovation in the lettings process.

By ensuring that the right customers are matched to the right homes and that void turnaround targets are consistently met, you will help maximise income, minimise rent loss and enhance community sustainability. You will act as a champion for Red Kite and Twenty11, promoting both brands as landlords of choice through excellent service, partnership working, a deep understanding of customer needs and local housing demand.
