Culture and Performance Co-ordinator/Administrator
We are looking for a Culture and Performance Co-ordinator to join our Culture and Performance Team. As an organisation we want to be the best and we know we need the most talented people to help us get there. Tenancy Specialist Team Leader

To do that we need dedicated and empowered staff that value internal and external customers alike and care about providing great service.
Right to Buy Officer - 6 months fixed term
We want to be the best and we know that it will take certain people to get us there. Our approach is to focus on having dedicated, empowered staff who co-ordinate and take ownership for specific functions within their team (or stem).
You will be part of a team delivering excellent value for money services to both existing and future customers within the Home Ownership Team. You will act as the team administrator with particular emphasis on Right to Buy and Right to Acquire but will also be working in other areas of the Home Ownership Team. These include shared ownership sales and management, leasehold management, statutory s20 consultation and general consultation with residents.
Building Surveyor (12-month fixed term contract)
Our repairs and maintenance team are very busy, this is one of the most important services that we provide. Every day has its own unique set of challenges that require deep building pathology, experience, and logical decision-making skills to solve. This is not just a technical focused role; it is also about customer engagement and support and therefore a key factor is loving what you do and smiling when you do it.
Head of Property
As the Head of Property, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for delivering improvement programmes, responsive repairs and home safety services that positively impact our tenants' lives. This is a high-profile role requiring someone passionate about delivering excellent property maintenance services through external contractors, with a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
