Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help keep our staff knowledge library, Knowledge Sphere, accurate, current, and easy to navigate. You’ll manage version control and maintain audit trails for all documents, using Microsoft tools—particularly SharePoint and Word—to organise and structure content effectively. Working closely with teams across the organisation, you’ll support them in reviewing and maintaining their materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility. You’ll also identify potential process gaps, raise them with the Knowledge Specialist, and play a part in ensuring the reliability of data and reports, while providing flexible support to colleagues as needed.
Our Essentials
To succeed, you’ll bring strong administrative experience, outstanding attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’ll have a methodical, organised approach to your work, along with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and eager to learn—someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work and supporting others to do the same.
Added Extras
It’s an advantage if you have experience in knowledge or data management, familiarity with SharePoint or other document management systems, or a background in housing or customer service. A genuine passion for continuous improvement and learning will help you thrive here.
This role offers a great opportunity to develop your expertise in knowledge, data, and communications, working 20 hours per week within our small, dedicated Communications & Brand Pod. You’ll be helping frontline colleagues deliver great outcomes for our residents—making a real difference while building valuable skills.

35-hour week pilot
We have been piloting a change to our normal full-time, 37-hour 5-day week. Since April 2024 we have been piloting a shorter 35-hour week (for the same pay as before) where staff work a full day Monday to Thursday, and finish the working week at 1pm every Friday. It’s just a pilot at this stage while we evaluate its impact on our staff, our tenants, and the service we provide, but if successful we will consider a permanent move to this way of working in 2026.
