Since June 2024, we've been trialling a 35-hour week. Staff work full days Monday to Thursday and finish at 1pm every Friday without any change to pay. The trial is due to end in 2026, but could become permanent if successful.
Enjoy generous annual leave that grows with your service up to a maximum of 29 days. You can carry forward, buy or sell up to 5 days each year too.
Celebrate your birthday with a paid day off, even if it falls on a weekend or a bank holiday. Simply take the nearest working day to your birthday to make the most of your celebration.
Take one day a year to support a charity or not-for-profit organisation of your choice.
We also offer a competitive pension scheme. You contribute 3% and Red Kite contributes 8%. Increase your contribution to 4% or more and we'll raise ours to 10%.
