Original use: Part of the southwest expansion area for Maidenhead.
Proposed use: 65 flats and houses for shared ownership, affordable and social rent.
Status: Planning permission granted; Taylor Wimpey commenced construction of our homes in December 2024. Completion is phased between February 2026 and May 2028.
