One of our aims at Red Kite is to empower our tenants to realise their potential by helping them to make, meet, and exceed goals in both their personal and working lives. To help achieve this, we are partnering with Twenty11 to give all our tenants the opportunity to work with a team of Community Potential Specialists, who can support them in a range of ways:

  • Video calls with a Community Potential Specialist to establish goals and set achievable first steps
  • Setting up a Personal Success Plan to visualise their goals
  • Access to an Aspiration Pot for funding towards courses, qualifications, and equipment, such as a laptop, to help them complete their plan.

The Community Potential Specialists work with tenants on a 1:1 basis to set up the Personal Success Plan, and then keep in touch with them regularly to monitor progress towards achieving their goals.

We are delighted to be able to offer this service completely free of charge for any of our tenants to use.
