We’re very happy to announce that this April we managed to achieve a 100% compliance record with all our homes!
This means that all of our homes had their inspections carried out by the date they were due. This covers fire alarm checks, making sure emergency lights work, and checking buildings for asbestos. This is a great achievement and it shows just how dedicated we are to making sure our tenants are as safe as possible. Going forward, our aim is to continue this great record of high compliance when it comes to inspecting our homes.
Making sure that we carry out inspections on time is important to us, not only for the safety of our tenants but also for their peace of mind. That’s why we always aim for the highest compliance record possible and you can’t get much higher than 100%!
