Community Specialist - Homes (Housing Officer) (3-month fixed term contract)
Our Community Pod is a team of multi-skilled professionals who are responsible for delivering housing management services to our tenants. We are a mobile, responsive, and task-based team that is committed to providing excellent customer service.
As one of these specialists, you will be instrumental in making sure that both Red Kite and its tenants look after our homes and communities, and that we provide excellent experiences when we deliver our services.
Asset Sustainability Manager
This role will take the lead on Red Kite’s sustainability and decarbonisation strategy, driving the transformation of our property portfolio. You will also support the planning and execution of our stock investment programmes. A key aspect of the role is engaging with tenants and the broader community, ensuring their voices are heard and their feedback shapes the development and implementation of Red Kite’s Sustainability Strategy.
Assistant Project Manager (Asset)
You will work closely with tenants, leaseholders, and other technical staff to deliver a range of projects within agreed budgets and to the quality standards expected all within the required timescales. You will use your excellent communication and customer care skills to inform our tenants and leaseholders of the works needed to their homes and carefully manage our consultants and contractors delivering the works.
Home Safety Manager
You will ensure that excellent services are provided to the community through the management of all obligations relating to statutory and local compliance for our tenants' homes. You will also review and develop policies and procedures relating to statutory and local compliance ensuring ongoing monitoring and reporting and provide regular performance updates against each compliance area.
Project Manager (Implementation Lead)
This role is part of a team that is driving the organisation’s exciting Digital Transformation Strategy and you will be the lead on various transformation projects, helping to prioritise and deliver meaningful change. This role is all about advocating and delivering sustainable change and improvement to enable the business to become the best it can be, using technology.
