Commercial premises

We own a small portfolio of shops and commercial premises which are mostly located on our estates.

The premises are let to a wide range of businesses such as hairdressers, general stores, fast food outlets and chemists. On occasion we have shops that are available to let. If you're interested in becoming one of our shop tenants, then please contact us and ask to speak to our Home Ownership Team.
