About the role

We are looking for a Culture and Performance Co-ordinator to join our Culture and Performance Team. As an organisation we want to be the best and we know we need the most talented people to help us get there. Like us, you’ll have a real passion for maximising the potential of people and be excited to help us to deliver our ambitious approach to Culture and Performance.

You will help creativity and innovation to thrive across our business, where all stakeholders are encouraged to put people development at the heart of everything they do. You will take responsibility for the co-ordination, organisation, and logistics of our robust learning programmes for both existing colleagues and onboarding; own the administration of our HRIS and LMS and provide regular progress reports, demonstrating the success of our endeavours.

As the team's co-ordinator you'll build strong and collaborative relationships with colleagues inside our organisation, as well as external stakeholders.

About you

You will be passionate about delivering an outstanding continuous development approach, whilst consistently demonstrating excellent value for money. With exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously as much as being part of a team, you should be a strong communicator both verbally and in writing. Your organisational skills will be second to none, particularly when managing our learning spaces to support in-person delivery requirements.

You'll be confident, independent, and have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions when required. Your friendly disposition will make you the go-to team member for colleagues around the business, and your approach will visibly align with our organisational values, demonstrating Partnership, Respect, and Pride in all you do.

35-hour week pilot

From June 2024 we will be piloting a change to our normal full-time, 37-hour 5-day week. Over the next 12 months we will be piloting a shorter 35-hour week (for the same pay as before) where staff work a full day Monday to Thursday, and finish the working week at 1pm every Friday. It’s just a pilot at this stage while we evaluate its impact on our staff, our tenants, and the service we provide, but if successful we will consider a permanent move to this way of working in 2025.
