Green Space Awards

Each year we hold an awards event, so that we can give recognition to the people who really make a difference in our communities.

This year, our Green Space Awards are there to recognise wonderful gardens, patios, vegetable patches and balconies. Wherever your green space is, however big or small it is, it deserves to be recognised and celebrated. 

We have five categories:

• Best vegetable patch
• Best communal garden
• Best pots and patios
• Best kept garden
• Children's tallest sunflower (for children aged 4 to 11)

Entry into the competition closed at the start of September and the winners were announced at the beginning of October.
