Estate inspection Terriers

All inspections will begin at 10.30am and will last for around 90 minutes, unless otherwise stated.

Inspections are weather dependent and could be cancelled at short notice.

Our Estates and communal areas are important to all of us and we want to make sure they're maintained to a high standard. We've considered Government advice, who have said that essential visits for health and safety inspections should continue. On the basis of the advice, we've decided to continue with our programme of regular inspections in the community so we can be sure we've done as we should, and so we can continue to identify and deal with any urgent issues that we find during our inspections.

At the current time, we've stopped asking residents to accompany us on estate inspections. We'll continue to publish the areas that we're inspecting and when. If you'd planned to speak to us during an inspection, please contact us and let us know about your community related queries.
