Living with Covid
We've always taken the health, safety and wellbeing of our tenants very seriously, but never more so than during the pandemic.
Now that things are starting to return to normal, or the new normal at least, we’re continuing to follow Government guidelines and doing what we can to keep our tenants, staff and community safe.
Keeping you safe
- No work will be carried out in a home which is isolating - unless it is to remedy a direct risk to safety
- We’ll contact you prior to any visit to discuss how the work will be carried out to minimise risk for everyone
Repairs and planned works
These are being carried out as normal. If you need to log a repair, please get in touch with us.
All communal rooms and gardens are open as usual. We’re advising you to continue to socially distance from anyone not in your household.
If you have a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19, or become aware of a neighbour having a suspected or confirmed case, please let us know as soon as possible. This will enable us to take extra precautions to help limit the spread of the virus within the scheme and help keep you and your neighbours safe.
Visiting our office
Our reception is now open, however if you have a complex query or issues that involve a specific area we encourage you to book an appointment online. This will allow us to investigate the issue with our specialist staff before you attend our office; to avoid you making a wasted visit. We are committed to resolving all our enquiries first time.
Please note, our office remains closed on Wednesday.
If you’re struggling to pay your rent, fuel bills or put food on the table, there’s a dedicated wellbeing team who are here to help. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with them at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please get in touch with us.
