About the Springboard Fund

On top of the £12 million a year that we're already investing in our homes with new kitchens, bathrooms and general maintenance, this fund is all about people and projects that will realise potential, create employment opportunities and positively contribute to our neighborhoods.

Many people need that extra bit of help to get them on the road to improving themselves, their communities, or both, and the Springboard Fund is here to help.

We want to ensure that the aspiring single parent, the family just about managing, and the entrepreneurs of this world are able to not just survive, but thrive.

Starting Blocks

Our Starting Blocks fund exists to help those who need money quickly; throughout the year, ‘Starting Blocks’ grants (£2000 or under) are able to be quickly granted via an internal panel consisting of the Community Investment Manager and one member of our Resident Representative Team (RRT).

Examples include but are not limited to, gaining qualifications e.g. forklift drivers licence or a Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Hairdressing. Purchasing equipment to help with your small business, and anything else which could help realise your potential.
