Red Kite tenancies

When you become a Red Kite tenant, you will sign up to one of two types of tenancies:

• Starter Tenancy - this will apply to you if it is your first tenancy

• Fixed Term Tenancy - once you have completed a Starter Tenancy, you may be offered a Fixed Term Tenancy

You will also sign a Tenancy Agreement that confirms all of your responsibilities, as well as ours.
